The team spent a lot of time testing various 3D prototype samples, and ultimately chose the one that best suited the vacuum device.

For the first generation of the product, we took the dust box of the vacuum cleaner as the starting point, but found that a device with such a shape could not be properly placed on the vacuum bag during the adsorption process.

Through rotational motion, users can easily place the vacuum bags into the machine without the need for excessive operational steps, making the entire vacuum sealing process quicker and more convenient. Therefore, the sample we polished was ultimately chosen to be cylindrical in shape.

With a stopper mechanism, users can more easily gauge the force and degree of rotation when using the product, preventing excessive twisting or applying too much force, thereby reducing the risk of accidental injury.
